COVID-19 Shipping Update: A message to our Make 2D family
Our top priority is the health and safety of the warehouse employees and our customers, the production and fulfillment facility was completely redesigned to comply with state recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines.
What does this mean for you?
- Processing times may be delayed. Processing times are generally within 3-5 business days* although currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
- We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.

Shipping
- Free standard shipping applies for all UK orders over £ 60
- International shipping rates start from as low as $14.00 for US orders under 100grams. Final rates are calculated according to weight and destination and are confirmed at checkout.
Delivery
All products shipped 3-5 days after ordering from Uk London.
Shipping Lead Times (Uk ):
London: 3-5 business days
Other parts of UK: 5-7 business days
Shipping Lead Times (International):
United States: 5-10 business days
Europe, UK: 10-15 business days
Everywhere else: 10-15 business days
Any import duty or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Make 2D will not state a lower declared value on international packages.
Tracking
We’ll forward you a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please note some countries do not provide live tracking but rest assured your order is on its way.
